Store orders & Pick Ups

If you would like to request a refund because of a missing item in your order or you received the wrong order, please contact the restaurant where you placed your order. To find the restaurant location’s phone number, select “Find a Restaurant” in the top-left corner of your screen (in the drop-down menu if viewing on mobile). Search for and select the restaurant location you visited to view the restaurant’s phone number.

Recovery options may vary and are at the discretion of each restaurant. Please note that once your refund is processed, the time it will take for funds to post to your account will depend on your financial institution’s policy.

Delivery

Delivery options and availability vary by location. Depending on delivery service availability, or your selected third-party delivery app. Please note that menu prices for delivery are higher than at restaurant. 

You have multiple options to place an order for delivery. While delivery options, hours, and availability vary by location, you can place a delivery order on the web, or through the following third-party delivery providers: DoorDash. We continues working to enhance options for delivery to best suit the needs of our restaurant Guests. 

Orders must be canceled before the restaurant has started working on your order. If your order was processed through DoorDash, please contact DoorDash Support directly if you need to cancel your order.

For ordering or payment issues, please follow these instructions. If your issue still isn’t resolved, please contact DoorDash directly at 1-833-430-1315.

Yes, most places deliver. Please contact our Catering Coordinator at your nearest location for delivery options. Delivery charges may apply.

Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the pickup or delivery time. Cancellation charges may apply.

Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish, sesame, and sulfites. For ingredients and nutrition information for every item on our menu visit our nutrition page.

Our catering pricing is based on the cost of feeding groups of people. We take extra steps to make the catering experience convenient and professional.
