These Loyalty Program terms and conditions (“Loyalty Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Company (“Company”) and, if you have chosen to link your rewards with DoorDash as described in section 6, between you and DoorDash, Inc. (“DoorDash”).
1. Application of this Agreement
Company offers a loyalty program (“Loyalty Program”) whereby consumers like you can earn certain rewards redeemable with Company (“Rewards”). If you take the steps to agree to these Loyalty Terms described on Company’s website (“Website”), mobile application (“App”), in-store ordering technology (“POS”), or anywhere else, you will be enrolled in the Loyalty Program and governed by these Loyalty Terms.
2. Rewards Accrual & Redemption
Company will determine the value(s) of all Rewards and the rate(s) at which they may be earned as you make purchases from Company. Except as otherwise specified, Rewards cannot be redeemed with any other promotion or combined to redeem more than one Reward per order. Rewards will be applied toward an order subtotal only (prior to the application of any fees). Rewards cannot be redeemed in part (for example, if you earn a Reward of $10 off your next order and choose to redeem the Reward on a $5 order, the full Reward will be used on that order).
3. Eligible Items
Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on purchases of items containing alcohol. Other items may be ineligible to earn or redeem Rewards as well in the sole discretion of Merchant and/or DoorDash (as applicable).
4. Modification; Termination
Merchant and/or DoorDash (as applicable) reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without notice. If the Loyalty Program is terminated, you will not be entitled to any substitute or reimbursement for unredeemed Rewards or progress toward Rewards.
5. Miscellaneous
By participating in the Loyalty Program you agree to be bound by these Loyalty Terms and Company’s terms of use (available on its website) and acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Company’s privacy policy (also available on its website). The Loyalty Program is available to US residents only. Rewards may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, sold, or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent. You can opt out of this Loyalty Program at any time by sending a request to linked-loyalty@doordash.com with your name and the phone number associated with your account, and you will be removed within 5-7 business days.
6. Linking Rewards with DoorDash
Company may offer the ability for you to earn and redeem Rewards under this Loyalty Program on purchases through the DoorDash website or mobile application or any other services operated by DoorDash (“DoorDash Services”). If Company offers this ability and you take the steps described on the DoorDash Services or Company’s Website, App, or POS to do so, the following additional terms will apply:
- You will no longer earn any loyalty points or rewards under any other loyalty program with Merchant on the DoorDash Services (if applicable), and any points or rewards you may have previously earned under any such loyalty program will be forfeited and a substantially equivalent Reward or progress toward a Reward will be applied to you under the Loyalty Program described in these Loyalty Terms (substantial equivalence to be determined in Merchant and DoorDash’s sole discretion).
- Subject to the terms and conditions described in these Loyalty Terms, Rewards will be earned and redeemable on all future purchases you make from Merchant on the DoorDash Services or Company’s Website, App, or POS.
- You agree that DoorDash may share information about you, including your name, contact details, and activity on the DoorDash Services and Company’s Website, App, and POS, with Company on an ongoing basis (unless you opt out of the Loyalty Program as described in section 5, above).
- You agree to DoorDash’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (available at doordash.com/terms and doordash.com/privacy).
