Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Quickway Japanese Hibachi gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Seikou Group LLC. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

1. Redemption

• Gift Cards are redeemable for food and beverages at participating Quickway Japanese Hibachi locations in the United States.
• Gift Cards are not valid for online third-party delivery orders unless specifically stated.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

2. Purchase & Activation

• Gift Cards may be purchased in-store or through authorized online channels.
• Physical cards and electronic (“eGift”) cards must be activated before use.
• Minimum and maximum load amounts may apply at the time of purchase.

3. No Fees or Expiration

• Quickway Gift Cards do not expire and do not carry service or inactivity fees.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Treat your Gift Card like cash. Quickway is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use.
• Replacement cards may be issued only with proof of purchase and at the sole discretion of Quickway.

5. Balance Inquiry

• You can check your Gift Card balance by visiting a participating Quickway location or by calling [Gift Card Support Number].
• For eGift Cards, follow the balance-check instructions in your original confirmation email.

6. Reloads

• Some Gift Cards may be reloaded with additional funds at participating Quickway locations. Reload minimums may apply.

7. Restrictions

Gift Cards may not be:

• Used for tips or gratuities (unless allowed at the location)
• Resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized promotional purposes
• Combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly permitted

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse to honor any Gift Card suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
• Deactivate or cancel Gift Cards without notice if obtained fraudulently

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
