Job Title:         Franchise Business Development Manager

Job Location:  Reston, VA  

Job Duties:   

Oversee and support our system-wide franchise network. Responsible for franchisee 

management, quality assurance, business development, and driving sales and profitability 

across all locations. The detailed job duties include: Implement Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company brand’s reputation and maintain operational

standards across all franchise locations. Conduct regular site visits to review business

practices, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and adherence to

quality, service, and operational benchmarks. Support franchisees with financial management,

emphasizing cost control and profitability optimization, while ensuring strict adherence to

P&L budgets within franchise financial operations. Utilize advanced point-of sale (POS)

systems, along with scheduling and inventory management software, to monitor sales trends,

optimize inventory and labor distribution, and improve supply chain efficiency. Assist in the

development and execution of marketing strategies, advising on local store marketing

initiatives and promotional activities. Proactively identify and engage potential franchisees

through targeted prospect list building, assess market trends, and explore opportunities for

expansion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing management and business development.
